- Interpreting needs and developing creative brief by gathering information and data through research
- Working on designs to produce an effective advertising/branding campaign
- Exploring comprehensive conceptual design (symbol, typography, color, and graphics element)
- Meeting clients or accounts to discuss the scope of project
- Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients
- Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and developing interactive design from conception to final delivery and oversee the production process
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
- Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
- Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print
- Responsible for consistent visual implementation on all application standard
Job Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related with GPA ≥3.00
- Fluent in English
- Min. 1 Year(s) of working experience
- Highly creative, independent, dynamic and well organized
- Passionate in strategic design, branding and advertising with a creative flair
- Good at both creative and technical designing
- A flexible approach when working in a team;
- Ability to take creative leadership on key accounts
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to the designs
- Effective networking skills to build contacts.
- Team player attitude, strong multi¬tasking ability
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
- Must be able to work on a tight deadline and prepared to work overtime if needed
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop
- Have photography and videography skill is a plus
