Job Description

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
  • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
  • Leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing services
  • Deepen relationships with all media and organization to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
  • Responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationship for company marketing
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communication
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
  • Design print ads and publications
  • Gather and analyze customer insight
  • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
  • Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
  • Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed or marketing objectives

Job Requirement

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skill(s): Marketing, Business, Advertising, Project Management, Analytical, Leadership, Communication
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Advertising/Media Planning/Public Relation or equivalent.
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Intimate understanding of emerging marketing channels
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Able to monitor and develop the team
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc
