First layer of awareness; you must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's database and relations.

• Looking for new customers database and start the relation between customers and company
• Provide information about product's features, prices etc
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's needs.
• Persuade the customer to try by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in a CRM
• Give "extra-miles" to create meeting for sales representative and facilitate the schedule
• Reports to Managers for weekly and monthly performance

• At least Diploma any major
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Have experience in Sales/Telemarketing function is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
