- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Develop and coach the operations team
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors
- Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
- Have experience working in Start-up Industry especially in Advertising or Ecommerce is a plus
- Good analytical, organization and problem solving
- Good communication skills & fluent English both in written and oral
- Able to lead and develop team capabilities
- Assertive, good team work, hard-working, strong personality
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
