Job Description

  • Responsible to find and identify possible and strategic location related to market expansion
  • Determine and identify the strategic direction that leds into the success of expansion such as hiring activity, partnerships, set up the workplace communication with vendor, set up accounting system.
  • Doing negotiation to find the suitable condition and price if needed.
  • Maintaining communication efforts and relationships within the team and stakeholders
  • Responsible to read all agreements related to the business expansion, as well as giving advices to avoid misinformation and mistakes
  • Responsible to find best talents as sales person at minimum 2 people per market

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above from top tier university in Engineering, Business, Management
  • 5+ years experience in market expansion or regional sales, not limited to related field
  • Willing to travel overseas to projected market to set up the company (Thailand, Phillipines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam)
  • Having international work experience is preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent skills in negotiating, adapting, as well as public speaking
  • Good analytical skills, data driven
