- Drive growth and acquire new deals or partnership with agencies, not limited to make strategy to increase number of deals
- Build and maintain strong relationship with existing agency, drive each partnership to gain revenue, identify any possibility to do cross and/or up selling to increase sales revenue
- Liasing with agencies and brands to ensure well-delivered of the service and provide any consultancy that leads to improvement of the service
- Supervise any team members to work effectively and work closely with related division to reach the specified target given by the clients and/or company
- Providing any recommendations based on current industry/market trends research and using knowledge to enhance business improvement
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or any related major.
- At least 3 years experience of working with agency partner, specifically in media or advertising agency
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, great networking ability is advantageous
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously with minimum supervision
