- Acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships to help grow revenue across Southeast Asia
- Drive the entire sales process from start to finish including prospecting, opportunity identification, introductory meetings, product demonstration, customer Q&A, as well as negotiation and closing
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential prospects
- Manage sales activity including monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them understand how StickEarn can help drive their business goals and objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of our current customers’ business and solution requirements
- Work strategically with Management to deliver forecasts, identify opportunities / challenges, and provide recommendations
- Keep informed of product developments, competition and industry trends that may impact client acquisition and growth in their own individual markets
Job Requirement
Roles Available in Malaysia/Myanmar/Vietnam/ Philippines/Thailand
- 2 - 7 years of direct sales / business development experience in a OOH/Digital company
- Experience B2B sales personnel (strong client and media agency contacts is a bonus)
- Strong proficiency in English and a second language
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma with strong academic results in any specialization
- A genuine interest in, and an aptitude for understanding clients advertising needs and provide advertising solutions using our platforms
- Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills – we are looking for a top performer with a high frequency in sales
- You can achieve your quotas, but we are looking for someone who wants to knock it out the park consistently
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong business acumen, a passion for technology, you should be a regular consumer of the news/ media
- Possess a great attitude and a positive contribution to team culture, self-confident and focused on achieving your goals
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
