- Coach Product Managers, Development Teams and other team members in Scrum adoption.
- Facilitates sprint planning and other scrum meetings (sprint review, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives)
- Monitoring the progress of the sprint
- Supporting the Product Managers, especially on backlog grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Motivates the team, monitor and helps to improve team estimate, dynamics, and increase velocity
- Removes blockers or impediments that hinder tech development progress
- Promotes continuous communication within the tech squad and outside team to ensure consistent Scrum practices being applied.
Job Requirement
- At least Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Experience with teaching technical teams basic to advanced Agile concepts including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD
- Good knowledge in product management and scrum tools (JIRA, Trello or Ms. Project, etc)
- At least 1+ years of Scrum Master experience (SCRUM practitioner)
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM-I, or SSM) or Agile Certification (ICP) would be a plus
- Possession of excellent problem solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
- Teamwork player
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners
- Big-picture thinking and vision, but have attention to detail
