Job Description

  • Work closely with product manager and other business units to support product development and business process.
  • Provide product knowledge to users and onboard them through the business process.
  • Manage project timetable and other operational affairs regarding project preparation, as well as provide campaign briefs to users.
  • Guide and monitor project execution, as well as identify and report any errors/evaluations found along the process.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training for users.
  • Compile and update the product database regularly.
  • In charge of project success, checking, and approval in all campaigns.
  • In charge of product document activities, FAQs, or troubleshooting guides.

Job Requirement

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good reporting skills
  • Proficiency in GSuite
