- Work closely with product manager and other business units to support product development and business process.
- Provide product knowledge to users and onboard them through the business process.
- Manage project timetable and other operational affairs regarding project preparation, as well as provide campaign briefs to users.
- Guide and monitor project execution, as well as identify and report any errors/evaluations found along the process.
- Develop training materials and conduct training for users.
- Compile and update the product database regularly.
- In charge of project success, checking, and approval in all campaigns.
- In charge of product document activities, FAQs, or troubleshooting guides.
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good reporting skills
- Proficiency in GSuite

- Passionate with can-do-attitude
