Job Description

  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Communicate with applicants in a timely manner
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed and administration requirements
  • Participate in organizing HR events
  • Supporting employment branding efforts by developing and updating content for recruiting sites and assist in maintaining recruitment marketing stuff
  • Job Requirement

  • Min. semester 7 pursuing a Degree in reputable university majoring Psychology/Public Relation/Marketing Communication
  • Fresh graduates or experience ones in HR, content writer, PR or Marketing Communication are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in employer branding, human resources and/or talent acquisition
  • Commit to min. 60%  attendance per month for those who are still studying
  • Experience with Ms Office
  • A meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
  • Flexible, self-starting, and excited to dive into a startup environment
