Job Description

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for recruitment purposes
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portal, etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skill, soft skill, experience and aptitude
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Assist in Employment Branding matters
  • Continuous improvement
  • Job Requirement

  • Must possess Bachelor Degree from Reputable University any major
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter either in house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter at least 1 year service
  • Used to handle high man power request and like to work in fast-paced working environment
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (BEI, structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interview, interview invitation and scheduling, reference check, etc)
  • Familiar with psychological test
  • Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Advance in Ms. Office
