Job Description

  • Drive growth and acquire new deals or partnership with agencies, not limited to make strategy to increase number of deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing agency, drive each partnership to gain revenue, identify any possibility to do cross and/or up selling to increase sales revenue
  • Liasing with agencies and brands to ensure well-delivered of the service and provide any consultancy that leads to improvement of the service
  • Supervise any team members to work effectively and work closely with related division to reach the specified target given by the clients and/or company
  • Providing any recommendations based on current industry/market trends research and using knowledge to enhance business improvement

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or any related major.
  • At least 3 years experience of working with agency partner, specifically in media or advertising agency
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, great networking ability is advantageous
  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously with minimum supervision
