Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring offline marketing campaign to raise the brand awareness and hit ROI goals
  • Actively measuring and reporting performance of all offline campaigns toward the set goals (ROI and OKRs)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust the advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Explore and manage relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
  • Actively do research and monitor competitor’s marketing activities and strategies
  • Proactively attending external events for network building purpose
  • Responsible for producing and proofreading all external communications campaigns

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Public Relations, or any related major with minimum GPA of 3,00
  • At least 4 years of experience in offline marketing or similar role with progressively increasing responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
  • Proven experience in managing successful offline marketing activities
  • Proven experience in handling media or external relations
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to work in fast-paced working environment
  • Good proficiency in English, both verbal and written
