- Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring offline marketing campaign to raise the brand awareness and hit ROI goals
- Actively measuring and reporting performance of all offline campaigns toward the set goals (ROI and OKRs)
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust the advertising campaigns accordingly
- Explore and manage relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Actively do research and monitor competitor’s marketing activities and strategies
- Proactively attending external events for network building purpose
- Responsible for producing and proofreading all external communications campaigns
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Public Relations, or any related major with minimum GPA of 3,00
- At least 4 years of experience in offline marketing or similar role with progressively increasing responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
- Proven experience in managing successful offline marketing activities
- Proven experience in handling media or external relations
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skill
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work in fast-paced working environment
- Good proficiency in English, both verbal and written
