As a Freelance Operations team member, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth project execution in your assigned area. You will coordinate with Grab drivers, community stakeholders, and relevant vendors, monitor project progress, and support operational reporting to help deliver successful campaigns.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the operations team to execute projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Lead and coordinate project activities within your assigned area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly Grab drivers and their communities.

• Prepare and submit operational reports using the tools and templates provided.

• Help resolve operational challenges and ensure project targets are met.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
